Mr.Zhao,a famous expert on landscape designing,visited all of the Grade 10 students on Monday,December the 1st.The professor Zhao Bing who is graduated from Nanjing University Art Department gave this speech which was mainly about the colorful gardens in Su Zhou,China.At first,the definition of the gardens in brief.In ancient China, the word for circle(圆) means that the square or the garden inside,the water around with the surroundings which stand for grass and flowers.Then he noticed about the principle types of the gardens in China overall.From the history,we all know that it belonged to the emperors that time.So the first one is the gardens designed for royalty.The second kind comes under religious activities.Finally,the third one is for rich elite to visit and enjoy themselves,and others were just the points of scenic interest.After that, he also mentioned about the development of the gardens in China .Many elegant sceneries were created in the Song dynasty.In the period of great prosperity,some parts of the Su Zhou gardens are symmetrical to be more arts.However,there is such a big difference in size and shape...Unfortunately,he couldn't finish his speech due to there was not enough time to discuss about the history.The images of the gardens were a lot to worth looking at.It is my opinion that I like to enjoy these pictures,but not the boring notes and the complicated names instead.I found that a great happiness...
